| If you have ever wanted to be a part owner in your own golf course, then this is the plan for you. The certificate you buy for $1,000 gives you an equal share with the other certificate holders. With the certificate you have voting rights, and may also run for the Board of Directors. Its nice to play on a golf course that you have the right to make changes to improve the course.
